A PCB Mount toggle switch is an electromechanical device used to manually control the electrical state within an electronic device. It typically consists of a switch actuator that is mounted onto a printed circuit board (PCB) along with a set of electrical contacts. Furthermore, the hardware of the toggle switches can be customized in various ways, such as with special springs, which allow for slower switch arms or faster snap-acting switch arms. Upon request, manufacturers also offer customization of the switch color and long actuation levers, and many models are even approved to certain safety standards.
